This is for the first time your getting a wig being installed from a custom wig purchased by me only ! Not only constructed by me and you bought the hair ! After your first install you will book under maintenance.
Cancellation Policy
Tuesday & Saturday appointments are located at 707 Frederick rd , The shop name is Bombshell Beauty Boutique with the pink and black sign next to M&T Bank. There is meter street parking you have to pay for or you can park in the PNC parking lot and walk across. Wednesday-Friday Appointments are located at 4323 Harford. rd, The shop name is TC Beauty it is up the steps and is the white door on your right side . There is street parking but you can also park in the pharmacy, clinic or Safeway parking lot.
